That's a great idea, but the next version should be perfect. I had to add a few pieces to mine to get it just right. Every time I accelerated quickly, my phone (iPhone 8+) fell on small ledges and landed on the center console. I went and got some small wooden clothespins. I took one apart and glued it to the small ledges at an angle so the phone wouldn't fall off. A simple fix I had to do was take sandpaper and scrape the side of the bar where I will be attaching glue so both pieces could hang from something and hold each other together. The glue held on the first try, but it came off easily as there was nothing for the glue to stick to. You can use something smaller than a clothespin if you feel like it's too big to cover parts of the screen, but it's actually not bad at all. I really like how it increased the use of space wasted with the factory part that came with the truck.
