You are not going to find a higher quality skirt for $20. I think it runs about a size small - at least in the waist. The elastic of the waist is extremely constricting, and to me that is incredibly uncomfortable.I wear a size four, and my waist is about 27". I hope this helps.
- I have shorter legs with a longer torso so it was a little longer length on me.
- The colors offered are limited and unexciting, lacking in variety or boldness
