Received today and took it for a test drive this afternoon - worked like a charm. A lot of people seem very stupid and try to make it through the top - this will leak water as it's the bottom filling jug which you then put a small lid on and fold back onto the base. Not the simplest of designs, but better than some. Anyway I did and followed T's instructions. Was very impressed with how much mist came out! Either left or right nozzle from above, no rotation, but this is normal. It lasts a whopping 7 hours on 3/4 tank at the max setting. But when I lifted the tank to fill it, the inside was soaked with water. I had to dry it with a towel. Filled, reattached, leave on for another 2 hours. When I lifted it up to fill it for the last time, the bottom was again filled to the brim with water. I then filled the tank and when I plugged in the JT it started leaking. I tried turning it upside down so the base wouldn't get wet, but then it started pouring from the top, and then the floodgates opened and it poured everywhere. The base exploded in my hands with a flash of blue. Luckily I contacted Revain and they immediately sent me a free returns label and a new one too. I know electronics and water are dangerous but you would think they engineered this with strong gaskets on the bottom or some slight water resistance to prevent this. The same thing happened to a few reviewers recently (while others were stupid and tried to fill in from the top lol) which leads me to suspect it might be a recent manufacturer error as most reviews rate you very high with no issues. He was also very calm (until he exploded lol). I'm willing to try again, just more cautious since Revain is so good at refunds/replacements. Since my initial experience (before the explosion) was a false positive, I'm hoping that the next version of this humidifier will be much better mechanically.
