Please help. good for receipt printer

Broken batteries Printer only works well when the batteries are bad. I want to know if you can send new batteries? I used to buy printers from another supplier but they discontinued the brand and I haven't had any problems with them since I bought them and now it hasn't been more than two months since I bought your product and i already have problems
