Review on Enhanced SIIG 1-Port USB Over IP (ID-DS0611-S1) by Mark Hart

I'm trying to connect this to a USB weather station. The display transfers data to the computer via USB, but I don't have a computer to place the display on. I thought it would work. It works out. Type. The USB server keeps disconnecting and getting lost on the network. The only recovery is to power cycle the SIIG device. Once I do that, I'll reconnect and get my data back, but that's not an acceptable solution. This works for a random USB connection (if you want to power cycle SIIG). Conclusion: don't buy it.
