We had a TrailAir on our 35 foot 5th wheel and the ride was just so jarring that I was regretting to own the rig. Decided that I had to do something, and switch over to the Flex Air. What a difference it made. Really softened the ride and smoothed out the push pull. As others have stated, the packaging really sucks. It was delivered on a high bed truck and I had the driver just shove it onto the bed of my truck. Just like a limp noodle with nothing to grab hold of, and didn't have much problem to uncrate since there wasn't much left. Backed the truck up to the rig, a few 2X4s and bolted it right up. Not much of a hassle that way since you can raise or lower the landing gear. Worked great for an install. Do I like it? You bet!
