Very easy and user friendly experience all through
It has some great features that are not too difficult to use or understand if you have basic knowledge of using Google Analytics/GA.
I do like how it's constantly improving itself by adding new tools & more customization options for its users out there! There isn't anything really bad about this software as far as what i've noticed so far but just something minor here n' there from time to time - nothing major though. The price might be one factor which could turn people away because they're looking at other products with similar pricing models available online. Our team uses matomo mainly for website traffic stats, page views etc., we also use GA sometimes when needed depending upon our requirements.
