Totally worth it and comes with everything you need
This set up is perfect. It's nice and sturdy, and comes with a booklet with a huge list of workouts you can do with it. I love how there are many loops on the platform so you can weave the resistance bands through them in multiple different ways for endless variations of resistance. After working out with this 5 days a week for the past month, I decided to buy some more bands separately for even more resistance.
