Review on TidyCare by David Baer

I was quite dissatisfied with the service I received from TidyCare, an online medical supply retailer from whom I recently made many purchases. To begin with, it took me a while to find the items I was looking for on the internet because of how complicated it was. It took weeks for my order to arrive after I paid for express shipping, and that was after I placed it. When my order eventually came, one of the things was broken and couldn't be used. I tried to contact their customer support right away, but they responded slowly and were not very helpful. They wouldn't replace it or give me my money back, instead recommending I buy a new one at full price. Overall, I was really disappointed with the online store provided by TidyCare. The indifference and carelessness they show toward their consumers is intolerable. If you need effective and dependable medical products, I suggest seeking elsewhere.
