This is part of my morning routine when I add it to my coffee. I love adding quality protein to my hot caffeinated wake-up drink. It's also a good supplement around 3:00 p.m. when the natural breakdown occurs. This is a protein brand that doesn't upset my stomach. Many other brands do this, so I'm very happy to have a remedy that doesn't upset me. The trick to using it is to mix it with a small amount of liquid and then when everything is mixed well, fill the cup/jar with the rest of the liquid of your choice. It really helps mix the powder and saves you from the hassle of chewing on your drink. If you're struggling to reach your daily protein goals, this product can really help. If the taste of stevia is too sweet for you, add some unsweetened baking cocoa for a rich chocolate drink with a less sweet taste. I do this in my morning coffee along with soluble fiber.
