I realize that not all babies are created equally. For example, my baby is long and skinny. She is 10.5 pounds at 8 weeks old, but she is 23.25 inches long. At 2 months old, her body, arms & legs are completely covered IF she stays still, otherwise she can wiggle too much & her legs are exposed, sometimes all the way to her diaper, so I feel that the garment is too short. I'm not really sure why one of the top snaps comes across so oddly on the inside of the garment. My guess is that this garment is made for shorter and more plump babies. This design doesn't lay flat on my baby. It bunches at the top where that weird snap is. Also, my baby can get her leg caught in the last space between the snaps & it rides up easily even though the elastic at the bottom is a little tight. I do like the quality of the fabric & stitching & I love that it is made from organic materials. I also love that it has fold over mittens. I wish the bottom of it was a little different. With it being so wide, I think it should also be longer. Maybe it should have a drawstring at the foot instead of the elastic so it can be drawn closed to function as a sleeping bag or opened wider so it could be worn like a night gown. Also, BabySoy, I recommend that you add a sizing chart so we know what size to get (It should include length & width measurements).I've attached photos of the fit an craftsmanship.
