Review on 🤖 Robot Coupe R 101: Efficient Combination Cutter & Vegetable Slicer with 2.5 qt. Gray Polycarbonate Bowl - 120V by James Edwards

I use this R100 at work but it has low power consumption and no extra options. The work bowl is too small for large jobs. Gray shells give way to transparent shells. I bought a 14 cup (3.5 liter) Cuisinart at home which works much better, has a more powerful motor, includes more options and has a much better bowl capacity per full liter. The price difference is very significant; even without considering the price, Cuisinart is much better. Apart from that I use RobotCoupe R2 and R3 on other workstations and they are very powerful and outperform Cuisinart; but their cost is prohibitive if you can't justify it from a business perspective. That being said, Robotcoupe has some great (and expensive) options for the R2 that MIGHT match the R100, but still aren't powerful enough. Don't waste your money on R100.
