The product was received in a beautiful sealed package. Upon opening it, I found that all of the attachments looked like they had been thrown in a toolbox. This may have been caused by shipping as there is no cutout in the case for each of the attachments. Don't worry, the tips come in a clear plastic case with a beautifully written label. These thorn bins make it easy to organize your store without having to store the whole box. The tool worked great for installing carbon fiber rear panels on my Nissan 350z. Please practice using rivets on a piece of scrap metal or in the air to get a feel for this before beginning any project so you don't ruin your parts. What a great tool! I can't believe how easy this tool makes fastening projects. I will no longer simply screw into sheet metal or wood! I have so many projects for this at the moment (sigh). But it was fun to use! I had some concerns about this tool when I received it and the customer service from this company was very responsive and very professional. I will continue to work with this company and purchase more mandrels for other projects. Would like to know about this tool sooner. All the auto and car audio projects I had would look way better and be 10x easier.
