Good for quick boat cleaning, long power cord

I agree with other reviews: no strong suction. This is to be expected for 12V battery operation. This is not a shop cleaner! I used to clean the inside of a sailboat with a broom and dustpan. This vacuum cleaner makes it much easier and faster. It absorbs loose dog hair and sand sufficiently. Running the brush head over carpets or sofas (sofas) will pick up dog hair. I am happy with the purchase - good value for money.
