I bought a similar product for my brother for Christmas. I understand how useful this would be for me, which is why I bought this version. I have to say I like the heating feature on my food line as I work in a factory and have to walk a long way to the canteen to prevent my lunch. I only have a few notes; First, I agree with the manufacturer that adding a small amount of water helps food warm up better. I also recommend turning on the heating about 1 hour before you need it. Also, I feel like the lid cutters or latches that attach the lid to the base could be a little better. The tongue that connects the two parts is very short. Sometimes I feel like I have to press very hard to close the device. I also feel that overtime wears it down. Overall it's a good device and I would recommend buying it.
