As much as you can stuff in and still fit in the X-Lab Super Wing, there will be an inner tube (700), 2 tire levers, 1-2 CO2 and a CO2 outlet valve. Who's that guy who said it can fit in the phone too probably bought a big bag. It was tight even to fit so much in and I had to cut off all the velcro, which is fine because it can't fall through. The bag is well made and arrived as advertised. If you don't need to cram it in the X-Lab Super Wing, maybe an extra CO2 tank, some cash and half a bar/a couple of salt tablets, but no more, especially no phone. Works for what I wanted and I think it got it done. If you need a large bag, there are many good ones out there.
