I bought this multi cooker to replace a Hamilton multi cooker that I had for almost 10 years. I just wanted something stainless steel that looked nicer, but wish I could just keep my Hamilton slow cooker, which actually worked. The "warm" function is actually hotter than the "low" function and may even be hotter than the high temperature. That does not work. The low function also cooks too hot: a 4-pound pot roast cooks on "low" in less than 4 hours when it should be 6-8. The edges were burned black and it dried completely. I thought the multi cooker was a reliable brand but it turns out I was wrong.
