This is a slightly odd hybrid product, but great when used properly. Note that this is definitely not for heavily soiled wheels. If it's that dirty I would still wash it with regular soap or rim cleaner. However, it's great for small amounts of brake dust or dirt. The best way I've found is to FIRST put a heavier spray on the tires, then a light mist on the wheels, then wipe the wheels, then the tires. Think of this product more as a rim and tire cleaner, not necessarily a cleaner or heavy duty tire shine. Works great when used in this method!
