TL:DR - After connecting and installing the driver it worked, but after restarting or shutting down the computer it doesn't work. Summary: (Delivery) I received this product on 12/11. Bought at 11:00 a.m. and received on December 11 at 9:00 p.m. the same day. Amazing delivery service from Revain and availability from seller, that was the only positive. (Initial Installation) Installed on a USB port Dell Inspiron Latitude E540 Win7 64. The product installed various Bluetooth drivers in about 2 minutes and then became available in Device Manager. I made a few configuration changes (show toolbar icon, etc.) and then paired it with the new Microsoft Comfort Sculpt Bluetooth mouse. I have previously verified that the mouse works on my Macbook Pro (Late 2011). The mouse is installed and recognized. It worked without any problems until I restarted my computer. (Issue) After rebooting, after the startup processes were completed and the device was displayed in the toolbar, the mouse could not be connected. The bluetooth mouse still existed in the bluetooth device manager, the bluetooth dongle gave off a blue light indicating it was fully functional. However, I could not reconnect or use the Bluetooth mouse. I've tried removing and replacing the key on the same and different ports. Unfortunately, every time it was uninstalled and replaced, it reinstalled every driver, but it still didn't see the mouse. I've also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the mouse, but when searching for a Bluetooth device, the mouse never shows up. I found a way to get it working which is unreliable and is the reason I am returning the device. If I turn on my computer with no bluetooth dongle connected and then plug it into the same port, it could use the mouse successfully after the power was fully on, it could connect to the mouse more than 1/2 times. An annoying decision that I will not repeat. Advantages: - Extremely fast delivery - Worked perfectly at first. Cons: - Doesn't work when plugged in after power cycle - Works only partially when plugged in after the device is fully charged - Doesn't find the device even if it shows as active and multiple devices are available . I'll try if they reply and send me a new one, but I'll probably find another device to use.
