Worth the money but the tablet's specs could be better.

Pros: Lots of adapters included and very functional. Battery life is good and the screen is bright and easy to read. The Bluetooth car interface is convenient and the range easily covers a typical shop or garage. The software reflects the factory tools for each manufacturer. Those are pros and cons since Chevy asks a million needless questions, but if you're familiar with the factory build tool you should be able to find an Autel pretty quickly. The device is solidly built. I have no doubt he can survive a fall or ten. Cons The cons aren't that bad if you just look at it as a tool that does a specific job. However, if you want to use it as an all-purpose device, the tablet hardware makes you want more. Amenities are ridiculously expensive. We're talking the specs of a $100 Chinese Ebay tablet. The speakers are on the back and are quiet. So if you need to watch a video, use something else. It runs Android 4.4.2. Google on Android 11! Don't expect to be able to add other apps easily. There is no play store anywhere. Sideloading is your only option.

Pros
  • High test results for hold and durability
Cons
  • Reliability
