At first I knew it was just a generic wrapper for my key. (2009 Lexus RX 350) However, trying to install this thing was a nightmare. Please note that in order to install it in the case, you need to break off the old key from the key fob and put it in this case. When installing my old key, the housing cracked. It's clearly too small when trying to insert my old key. (See image) Second, the button case for the remote module didn't fit out of the box. There was extra plastic that hadn't been deburred (edges weren't finished or shaved/filed) so I had to file buttonholes just to fit the module. And then of course it doesn't work. I had to wedge the case to twist them together, but seeing how cheap this plastic is I was naturally afraid it would break the whole case. (See picture) Finally, don't buy this bowl. It's cheaply made and doesn't meet the OEM specs for my keychain. Better buy an uncut key fob and cut it to fit your car to make sure your module can match the already installed key.
