Definitely one of the toughest cases I've ever seen. And I don't mean just pencil cases - all pencil cases. The outside withstands impact, the fabric doesn't tear or stretch, and the inside remains smooth despite heavy use. (This is a red monster's suitcase.) A kindergarten student used it every day for a year. As you can see from the photos it was "decorated" and quite dirty. This year I needed two pencil cases, I bought another one from the same box in a different color and decided to machine wash this red one. gone, but I'll run it again to make it even cleaner. All in all, as a second box it's fine as we all know it gets dirty again 😂 UPDATE: last photo after the second wash. The eyes are still a bit dirty, but the rest is really clean. The only caveat I'll put on this is that it's JUST long enough for a new pen, so it needs to be positioned correctly. However, it holds SO MUCH and everything is safely protected by a heavy duty zip.
