Great experience and very useful: Omnify

Omnify has helped me to create a system that allows guest to easily access all of their information (i.e. reservations, account information, etc.). I love how easy it is to update the system with new features. I also like how easy it is to add new features. Nothing, so far. We are still at the early stages of implementing Omnify into our business. I'm excited to see what the future holds, but I think that Omnify would be helpful to most of the hotels that I've seen. It's helped eliminate a lot of the manual data entry for our front desk. It has also allowed us to streamline our accounting process.

Pros
  • Their support staff was great! They answered my questions very quickly when they were available via email or phone call during non business hours as well :) The UIs look amazing..and have been constantly updated throughout this time we used them which made working in such outdated systems more bearable ;) Everything about using OmniPay feels seamless & intuitive.which makes life easier while running multiple locations across different platforms from home office deskt
