Didn't function properly.

Came cracked at the top of the pump body. Plugged it in and it ran. I used it to drain a small pond but it would shut off and restart after about 30 seconds everytime. I got the job done anyway. It was a little inconvenient timewise.

Not the most powerful pump, but a bargain!

It pumps at a slow pace compared to some competitors, however, it was very affordable, and so far after ten uses, it performs flawlessly.

Didnt last - my new review

I bought this in October of 2021. I used it one time and it worked. Stored it in my basement and tried using it again in spring and doesn’t work anymoreSent an email to customer service. No response

Works great for my opinion

Bought for my Moms inground pool to put on pool cover to keep the rain pumped off. Works great. Light weight. Only thing is the connections already rusting

Best pump I’ve used!

I would definitely buy this pump again. The pump is much larger then what I previously used to pump water off the top of my pool liner. I use this pump to drain my hot tub.

Lasted 6 months in my review

It was great at the start, then it just stopped working. I have to buy a new one for this season, but I won’t be buying this one again. Shame, cause I did like it, when it worked.

Update - Sump works great on the pool

Someone suggested attaching it to a bucket lid for stability when using on a pool cover. That is a must. I put a small rock on the back to balance the hose on the front. Works great. Very stable. Highly recommend.12/24/2021. Since using this pump we have had 7" of rain. Handled it like a champ. Earlier the wind blew the tarp up and moved the pump over to the side. So, I put ropes across to keep the tarp down and pump in the middle12/7/2022. Another 7" of rain, and rain forecasted for next 4…

It really works in my review

We have a tarp under our mesh pool cover in order to stop debris from getting into the pool during winter. So much easier to open the pool in the summer but the tarp must be drained prior to removing it or all the dirty water goes into the pool. I saw the tarp is already getting very full, so purchased this pump. It's perfect, quiet, turns itself off when water gets lower, best pool purchase ever!

It does not turn on when needed.

It can be sitting in a huge puddle and not turn on. I have to go over in the rain flip it over let water drain out, then it turns on. Also it has a very rough bottom, doesn’t seem like a good idea for a pool cover if it has to be slid at all.

The instructions aren’t great but the product works very well! Get an extension cord rated safely for outdoor use because the cord may not be long enough.

Customer service for my opinion

This pumps very well. The customer service is great. My pump stopped for unknown reasons. It worked great for one season. I contacted the company and they replaced my pump. I had the replacement in three days and no charge. They stand behind their products 100%.

Great little pump, good suction and pretty durable. It was submerged in water for hours and then still worked! Can be difficult to prime the pump.
