Not what I expected

I had an 'old fashioned' caller ID which is definitely obsolete. Bought this phone as a replacement. It's not easy to navigate the menus and get the settings you want and then something goes wrong with the receiver and no one can hear me. I heard them perfectly, but no one heard me. I returned it for a refund. I didn't want to worry about a replacement. It also took a long time when I ordered it after about 2 weeks.
