I'm sure the phone is fine but it doesn't show photos of the back or describe it as a wall or desk phone. I needed a phone that could be hung on the wall but none was available.

The product is designed for the elderly who need high volume and sound clarity. The sound is clear. If you're looking for more volume for a hard of hearing person, this might not work. I suggest buying a phone to see if the volume works in your particular situation. This is a great phone with locking and screening features as a bonus.

I had an 'old fashioned' caller ID which is definitely obsolete. Bought this phone as a replacement. It's not easy to navigate the menus and get the settings you want and then something goes wrong with the receiver and no one can hear me. I heard them perfectly, but no one heard me. I returned it for a refund. I didn't want to worry about a replacement. It also took a long time when I ordered it after about 2 weeks.
