I bought these hoping to switch from plastic to glassware. Everything about these tanks is great except for the vent button. Of the 6 containers, 3 have lost the vent button meaning the lid has a hole making it unsuitable for storing liquids. Customer service was great to replace the first one that broke. However when the 2nd and 3rd broke within 6 months of purchase I asked for a refund as I realized they would all break eventually. The support team was very responsive and refunded my money. I'm writing this to encourage buyers to either look for a better vent cap or buy the non-vent cap type. I'm currently trying to see if they sell non-vented lids to match my existing glassware as the glass portion is still large. It's a large container, but broken lids render it unusable.
