Review on 🍪 Doughmakers 14 x 17.5 Grand Cookie Sheet - Commercial Grade Aluminum Bake Pan in Silver by Lorenzo Moulton

I've had one of these pans for years and love them. So when I decided I needed a second sheet, I had no hesitation in buying another Doughmasters. It's not cheap, but it's a good investment if you enjoy baking cookies. My last batch of Sneakerdoodles baked perfectly and evenly. I use a small amount of good quality vegetable oil if the sheet needs oiling OR just use a sheet of parchment paper and it all comes out (and peels off!). Warm, soapy water and a sponge keep my sheets shiny. A few downsides: Cooking sprays like PAM leave marks on the gritty surface that aren't easy to remove, and the sheet pan should never be washed in the dishwasher.
