MADE IN CHINA Best Baking & Cookie Sheets

Very disappointed that this is made in China. I tried to verify that it was made in the US, but all I could tell was that it was "designed" somewhere here in the US. I prefer products made in the USA and would like Revain to make them easily identifiable.

Continuing the family tradition

I love this baking tray. I got two almost twenty years ago. I still use them but need more. This is the only baking sheet I use. Bought this for my daughter as a Valentine's Day present in her new home. Bake sweets with your loved ones. I'm sure she will love him as much as I do. My mother has one too. Three generations.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Long wait

I LOVE these: Baking & Cookie Sheets

I love them. I make perfect cookies every time! I liked my first one so much that I bought a second one. It's the same as my grandmother's. Her sheets are not branded but they are about 20 years old and she uses them all the time! I bought them because of the textured surface. You have to hand wash them and personally I wouldn't soak them. I assume they will discolor over time, but that's not a problem for me as long as they work properly. I highly recommend it.

Pros
  • Lots of good vibes
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Amazing results good for baking sheets and cookies

I had no idea I was using the wrong baking materials. All of my baked goods were browned on the bottom. I read Betty Crocker's article on baking and realized I was doing it all wrong. Never before have new, lighter surfaces been burned in more evenly. The product is also of good quality. There is no coating on it so you don't have to worry about scratches. Unique surface structure glitters. Nothing stuck. Nothing. I wash by hand according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Since nothing…

  • Great for a small home

I love this baking sheet!

I've had one of these pans for years and love them. So when I decided I needed a second sheet, I had no hesitation in buying another Doughmasters. It's not cheap, but it's a good investment if you enjoy baking cookies. My last batch of Sneakerdoodles baked perfectly and evenly. I use a small amount of good quality vegetable oil if the sheet needs oiling OR just use a sheet of parchment paper and it all comes out (and peels off!). Warm, soapy water and a sponge keep my sheets shiny. A few…

Pros
  • High test scores for grip and durability

Not what I expected from the brand name

I look forward to adding quality baking sheets to my arsenal. I have a Doughmakers 9x 13 pan which I like because the scratches when slicing the cake in the pan are not as noticeable. These baking sheets had the same textured finish but were a lot thinner than I thought they would be. Another issue I had is the adhesive used to stick the utility and care paper to the baking sheet itself. I've tried everything from hot water to olive oil to glue remover but I can't get the glue off! Even a…

Great baking sheet, but holy cow, glue.

When I was growing up learning to bake my mom had one of these pans and now that I'm setting up my own kitchen I thought I'd get something that I know works well. So I got it, opened it up and went to take the tag off so I could wash it. The label peeled off, the adhesive ripped off, and I thought it was one of those sticky adhesives that you have to unroll to peel - annoying but not bad in the long run. No, it's much worse. Whatever industrial adhesive the nice guys in the factory use to stick

Very good quality

Baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies today using this baking sheet and another brand of baking sheet that I have had for a long time. Kind regards. calls the Doughmakers cookie sheet "thick aluminum" but it's a lot lighter than the ones I already have. At the same time, it did not deform 350 degrees in the oven and did not deform when removed from the oven. The best feature, in my opinion, is the grip, which stretches the width of the blade. That makes it a lot easier to understand. I didn't
