Almost silent, very reliable, works well.
Easy to install, pretty good instructions, although quite small, the instructions were easy to follow. The only problem he gave me was the pins that connect the fan power to the GPIO. It wasn't entirely clear which pins to use, but I was able to figure it out quite easily by looking closely at the picture.
