Smooth finish. Matcha tea glides instantly
This spoon is very smooth, no rough or jagged edges. The matcha powder slides right off of it, so there's absolutely no wasted tea. I've used a stainless steel teaspoon before and it's likely that the metal's electrical charge caused the tea to stick to it and a lot of tea was wasted. I am very happy with this purchase.
