This mount is overall solid and well made, it comes with pretty much all the accessories you need to mount your TV and wall mount. This is the first caveat, although it does come with several sets of different diameter screws/bolts to attach the TV to the mounting plate, all but perhaps the largest diameters are too long. Even with the included plastic standoffs, I had to cut about 3/8" from each of the 4 screws/bolts to get them properly tightened in my TV. The second limitation concerns only the appearance, plastic. The wall mount cover consists of two parts, and the two parts do not connect properly, leaving a small gap between them. They also have a habit of getting in the way during the installation process. The provided instructions are acceptable and the whole installation process is not difficult.
