The technical support service unsubscribes in the spirit - check the SPAM folder or the data entered earlier, and then completely becomes silent until you create a new request. As I understand it, when someone takes money for products / services, does not provide them and is not going to provide them, then this is called fraud. Please let me know if anyone else has been in a similar situation and how did you solve the problem? Did you go to court or go directly to the police? Perhaps there are contacts of an authorized representative office in the 2022?
