Good collector, bad screw.
The block itself is good but the pinch bolt is one of those cheap Chinese bolts from Omega. I had an air intake problem at high speeds. I couldn't tighten the yoke to keep my scooter from stalling at around 40mph. Replaced the clamp and everything is fine now.
