Don't buy this collar! The mechanical part works fine but I bought the unruly version because my lab has very high demands on collars and it doesn't feel normal when aroused. The day after I bought this collar, it fell apart. Two small metal pins run through a tiny piece at the end of the webbing to hold the mechanism and collar together. The well-woven strap came loose from the posts. Revain substituted it for me, saying it had great reviews and probably just bad luck. I got my new one, charged it overnight and put it on the dashboard before work in the morning. When I got home 5 hours later, the collar was gone. Luckily I found him lying in the middle of the yard. It was the same! He just fell in the middle of the yard! I still need a stronger pulse so this time I grabbed some zip ties and managed to build something manageable. I am very disappointed in the quality. At least it shouldn't just fall off.
