Working but no settings

This works, but I can't use it because the left column of text is truncated on the computer I'm using it with. And without the ability to control the position and size of the VGA image, it's useless. It WORKS but just doesn't work for me as I can't adjust any settings.

Pros

Imported high quality adapter chips that convert and output VGA signals to HDMI displays.
