It's not just a shower head that can be easily replaced with an existing one, it's something that has to be built into the wall and so on. High blood pressure is false advertising, my blood pressure is worse if not better. The water doesn't even stretch the full 10 inches of the showerhead. You have to screw the part that holds the detachable shower head to the wall, of course I couldn't do that so I had to buy command rods for that. When I position the shower head as high as possible, the water doesn't even reach the middle of my shower (most shower heads reach the wall). A bit of a shame, I bought it honestly, I expected more for the price.
