I like that this software provides me with all of my necessary forms needed for any type of data processing request. The tool allows me access from different locations which helps when managing an office or having employees away from headquarters. This program offers many helpful features but some are difficult to use. A few examples would be how hard it can be to create new fields if you do not know where they should go in their respective categories. Also, adding dates and times is pretty easy once you figure out what functions to use but there are easier softwares available to help make your life much easier as well as save time. We were able to find every possible form needed during our research phase.
