I can't get over how perfect these lights are for my vanity! The straps that are sold specifically for vanity tables look so unsightly when they're not on, and Hollywood lights aren't exactly my style. I wanted something that would look good when not in use. THESE LIGHTS LOOK SHARP AND CLEAR EVEN WHEN TURNED OFF IF YOU DON'T FEEL THEM AT ALL. I have a triple mirror and they sit well in the space between the panels. You can't even tell they're there unless they're on! The rod is very light, so the grip is very easy. I used tape (strong enough on a smooth surface) on the back of the mirror to hold them in place as they were at an odd angle, but there are 3 different methods of attachment in the packaging - 3M tape, magnets or hook . . There's also an L bracket if you want to mount it on the side instead of the back. Lots of nice options. The lighting is nice and bright but can be very dim so there is a good range. I LOVE that there are 3 different light temperatures so I can do my makeup in the right environment (day, night, outdoors, etc.). For me it was very important: Light has a memory function. If you turn it off at warm light level 3, it will turn on again at warm light level 3. This is true whether you turn it off with a switch or unplug it - I double-checked because the Q&A says otherwise. Should this be an update in newer models? This is a very good feature. I'm also a big fan of the USB cable as a dual port adapter allows me to plug 2 lightbulbs into the same outlet. It doesn't come with an adapter but I'm really happy with that - less plastic waste and I'm sure it helps keep the price down. You can easily turn on both lights with the push of a button. I recently bought both a mirror and sockets from Revain. I hope this helps other tidiness lovers find a convenient, convenient, and inexpensive solution! This is really a good product. *I forgot to mention, if you attach the flashlight with a magnet, you can turn it on and off and move it around as needed. This is a pretty well thought out product. I am impressed.
