Review on Ihomepark by Chad Fox

My experience with Ihomepark was terrible. When I received my order of shelf brackets and supports from their web shop, one of the brackets was broken. I attempted to get in touch with them via email and phone several times, but received no response for days. When I did manage to speak with a human being, I found them to be dismissive of my needs and disrespectful. In response to my missing bracket, they recommended I buy a new one but provided no other assistance. In general, Ihomepark's support staff let me down badly. If you place a premium on excellent customer service, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere when shopping for tools or home improvement supplies.
