This is THE starter set if you are new to embossing. Note that brown and yellow are transparent so use them on top of white or you'll end up with a fancy color depending on your background. It goes far. The next size up is the .70 ounce can, which is similar to old poster paint cans that hold one fluid ounce. I liked Martha Stewart's embossing tool for heating the powder (I think a paint tool, not a hair dryer). It doesn't get too hot and melts them well. I will not buy any other powder again.
