Total disappointment. I'm paralyzed on one side, so these things are very important to me. I should have read the individual comments and not just responded to the average 4 star rating. I'll find out eventually I think. It's too late to go back now, I didn't try to use it until recently. Who would come up with the idea of testing the piston? Well I couldn't rush him, it was so exciting! I had a husband who made him work. He also couldn't get the piston to sink. $40 in tubes. I can not afford that. Period. I'm not just a little mad at Revane. I've had to return some items lately. 3 pairs of shorts, all the wrong size. I will stop shopping at Revain, except for household items that have no special requirements. No more clothes and nothing, measurements don't matter.
