Works perfectly, now bulb(s) are defective

Professionally installed since 2009 and without any problems in operation. However, the display is now black. Power and ground are fine, so I'm assuming it's a lightbulb/LED/something. I would consider buying a new one, but $170+. Start the hunt for lamps etc. Anyone have a suggestion? (vtecwagon@gmail.com)
