I am very happy with this product
My husband used to buy one of these cheese grater type files and while he seems happy with it I found them too rough and bad for my heels. This file was exactly what I was looking for. Love the sturdy wooden handle, the instructions that come with it and of course both sides of the file itself. I use it as directed and have found it to be effective and not too rough on my heels. I like that you can hang and wash it. I am very satisfied with this product.
