Retail packaging damaged and wet but not the Revain packaging. It looks like the box was literally kicked in the rain. There is no company or manufacturer name on the packaging or in the operating instructions. The name on the tower itself is scratched but legible. The power button is not flush at the top, it bends on one side and is particularly noticeable when it is switched on. All AC/USB ports work, but the AC outlet on the top panel just behind the USB port lit up when trying to connect. It still works, although I will never use it again. The power cord has an angled flat head, not the one in the photo. It has a good base, it's not heavy and it's not too light. I'm pretty basic so I'm sticking with it although it shows all the signs of an upgrade and isn't new, stains on the panels and power cord. It was the cheapest deal at the time, but I paid extra for white so I could see where to plug it in in low light. This is my first Tower Power and now that I know it's convenient for me I'll be buying more from here as well.
