Competed in the USPA Powerlifting competition and this jersey fits perfectly. The only thing is that the legs of the jersey are longer than a powerlifting jersey, so you have to make sure your knee cuffs don't touch it when you squat. I wore a big one. I had to send back the middle one I originally bought because it was too tight. Hope that helps.
