I finally got to use this set. This is a well thought out kit. It contains sharp scissors. A large assortment of sewing/sewing needles in a round plastic carousel. A bunch of colored threads. And a needle threader. The needle threader is the only negative. It's quite flimsy and difficult to use with the smallest eyelet needle. The overall zippered tote bag is larger than a bag set, yet small enough and featured enough to fit in a medium-sized suitcase, briefcase, or purse without being bulky. I would take it again, but I have a feeling this is going to last a long, long time.
