I am someone who places a high value on taking care of themselves, and I am always on the lookout for high-quality beauty products, so I was thrilled to give Misiki a try. Having said that, my interactions with the business have been less than satisfying. My orders did not live up to the expectations that the business had built up for its products. The instruments for caring for one's skin were ineffective, and the beauty accessories were of a substandard quality. My expectations of a "one-stop shop for all of my beauty needs" were not met because the selection of products was not as extensive as I had hoped it would be. The advertising campaign that Misiki ran made it appear as though the company was selling a groundbreaking product line, but in reality, it was all just hype. The prices were not commensurate with the level of quality offered, and I could have located superior merchandise elsewhere for a lower price. A further significant problem was that there was insufficient assistance for customers. It was inexcusable that my requests for assistance were not responded to despite the fact that I made them. My time spent with Misiki has, on the whole, been less than satisfying, and I will not be recommending this business to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality cosmetic items.
