I gave 4 stars because it does what I originally bought it for. But now that I have it, the price is a bit high. The description says you can use it with both the side door and the front. It would have worked better in the front. But I used it from a side door and one thing was clear: there aren't enough zip ties on the bumper to securely fasten it. I sewed extra ties and everything is fine. If you are rolling up the side of the lid to allow your dog to get in and out, there should be a way to tie him down rather than rolling him all the way up and sitting on top of the cage. I plan to make some changes to make it better for my pets. The bumper and upholstery are of good quality, the finish feels a bit flimsy for the price.
