As others have said this remote has probably been used. It came in a different controller box (which I wasn't expecting, but it doesn't matter). The remote control looked great at first glance, but once you pick it up you can feel it immediately. The right side of the remote, where the crease is between the front and back, is slightly open. It's enough to make me feel annoying and I can't seem to put it down. The buttons seem to stick when pressed. It's not the same tactile experience as a new remote control. The only reason I didn't give a one star rating is because I bought it for my brother who doesn't want to return it even though he agrees with my rating. I've used the remote enough to make these determinations.
